Inserts – Applying threaded inserts (M2-Mxx).

Joining – Adhesives, glues or mechanical fasteners are applied to ensure optimal strength and fit.

Potting – Applicable to protect electronics and sensitive components.

Graphics Applications – Serial numbers, logos and other identifiers ae applied through UV-printing or dry-transfer methods.

Programming – Component programming and functional testing, with optional inclusion of test or measurement reports.

Dimensional Inspection – Verifies that parts meet all specified tolerances.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) – Applicable for inspecting internal features without damaging the part.

Surface Roughness Measurement – Ensures surfaces or textures meet required standards..

Certificate of Conformity (CoC) – Confirms that delivered parts meet your specifications.
