Intro O-Rouge
O-Rouge is a manufacturer of high-end Sim Racing Solutions for professional racers and motorsport enthusiasts.
Their products (also called rigs) meet the highest expectations through customization and in-house developed products and accessoiries like seats, steering wheels and cockpits. Consequently, every delivery of a rig is a customer specific solution.
Requirements and expectations
Needless to say that customization, limited production series and continues product enhancements are the main drivers to choose for Additive Manufacturing.
A good example are their highly customized steering wheels for GT-racing. The delivery of one steering wheel can be considerated as a mini-project since the product has to meet or better exceed customer expectations
What we deliver
One steering wheel contains more than 30 printed parts like housings, cable guides hand grips and buttons. Every steering wheel is assembled in house, assuring a one-stop-shop channel for O-Rouge.
